Stencils & Signs:
Painting Inside and Outside the Lines
Nora Biehle cherishes her great-grandfather's stencils, used to embellish the mansions of Ohio industrialists during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, she lovingly hand-cuts her stencils, using new designs to decorate urban residences, restaurants, retail stores, lobbies, and offices. Whether freehand or stenciled, Nora's work uniformly captures that elusive quality: originality.
